I definitely think FF8 is the best when it comes to the storyline, but FF X-2 is pretty good when it comes to graphics, although they have sucky camera angles

FFVIII isn't the best FF game there is. Yet it is a very good game, I liked it a lot (especially Zell)

And FFX-2 isnt the best FF either. But you can get around it with all the girlyness and whatnot. It is a fun game to play..kinda.

Yet it depends what other FF games you have plyed in your past expereince. Like if you played FF 5&6 those are probably the best FF's I can think of.

It just all depends...ya know?

I like VIII,but I refer VII.They were both abit futuristic,and 8 kinda made more sense n the fighting way( the missions,seed,what not),but I just prefer 7.

FF8 probably had the best battle sequences out of the ones I've played (1,2,3,7,8,9,& X-2) because the characters' levels could be raised very easily and they had more HP, which is what I would like to happen in 7 because I keep getting stuck in boss monster fights.

I've always liked FFVIII because it dared to be different. I've always thought that the world wasn't quite ready for a revolution in the RPG world, so FFVIII being so completely different in many aspects, never quite made it. I was hoping that after FFVIII that Square would keep trying to make an RPG that was truly revolutionary but instead they churned out FFIX, so I was quite disappointed.

FFVIII is my favourite. IMHO, it was the revolutionary FF.

You really think it's revolutionary? I know it's different from the other FFs, but I think there are other games out there that are just as good.
I love the music, though. You can't find music in any other games that are as good as FF8.

I as well think FF8's music was superb. Actually I think it might be the only FF game that i thought had excellent music....

Yes I totally agree, the music was jes so cool exciting and some of the music has been brought up from other FF's e.g. the music that you get with the creditsin FF8 is also from FF9 and FF1 and 2 (Origins) and have you noticed that all the FF's are linked together in some way for example, all of the FF's have a Cid in it and also have a Biggs and Wedge in them and I'm sure there are many more links, can any one think of any more links?
