Well as far as GF summoning goes, it's slow and pretty much completely unneccessary. Using them to kill anything like Ultima would take so long I can't imagine. Plus Renzokuken and other limits are far more efficient.

The End is really not something you wanna rely on IMO, it's cheap, and unless you want to waste good cards and items to become invincible it's not very reliable. Even if you do use them it's still a fairly risky tactic. A decent stock of curative magic and good defensive junctioning is a much better and less wasteful method of keeping your characters on their feet.

Splitting GF amongst more than three people means your missing out on a lot of junctioning and abilities. Getting a good team on disc 3 takes a hell of a long time if you want to build up every character and GF separately and without the aid of a lot of junction and stat bonuses.

I say what I think. If you disagree, then that is up to you.

But you also have to take into consideration, if your levels are around 20 and your already in Ultimecia's Castle, you sorta will have to rely on GF's. Either that, or spend forever using physical attacks. Even at max attack, Squall's gunblade only does 3-4,000 at the max in the Castle.

As for giving everyone GF's and using Heros, Holy Wars, The End, etc... Thats all fine and dandy for Omega, Ultima however, you should beat him in 5 minutes max. If you have Lionheart, and 100 Ultima juntcioned to Squall's attack, go down fast.

truthfully I never really use the spell THE END unless it happens to be in the first 3 that come up on slot but then I am rarely below level 80 by the time I get to that stage of the game and don't need to also I tend to put Ultima on defense (vitality) as you can survive more with str bonus learned early on I can get to 255 str easy enough

    1 Question.

HOW THE HELL ARE YOU MEANT TO GET TO ULTIMA WEAPON!!!!! the walkthrough for him that i read was that you have to "climb down a vine" what vine?? oh yeah, someone said that you have to beat Omega 1st, True/False?

    Thanks!!!!

Yes Ultima weapon is found down that wierd looking hole with that save point next to it, so go down the hole after you've beaten Bahamut, the hole should be in the same room as where you found Bahamut, but you can only get to the hole afrter you've beaten Bahamut, Ok if you do manage to get to Ultima Weapon then don't forget to draw Eden from him, coz Eden is a very powerful GF.
As for fighting Omega weapon, no you DON'T fight him first, however if you do want to fight him then he can be found in Ultimecia's castle (near the end of Disk 4).
    is that ok for you?:mog:

You can also draw Eden from Tiamat in Ultimecia's Castle. I'm also prettuy positive you can't fight Ultima w/o Zell, since he opens one of the doors for you.

Masamune? You said that Squall's Attacks only do 3000-4000 damage in the Castle? I always did 9,999. Same with Zell.

Renzokuken always did 9999 for me, but Attack or Mug only did around 3-4000. It's also because the levels of monsters in the Castle varies, Squall can be 14 and they can be 100. So it vaires from monster

So the fact that I was Level 100 made a difference eh?

In a nut shell... yes. The monsters level up as Squall levels up, but the Castle is the only exception.

You can fight Ultima without zell theres two routes down and One avoids the "Zell door" Yes the castle is different level 70 - 100 reccommended if notaround there then I suggest islands closest to heaven and hell or esthar continent for your training if you are on disc 4 if not on esthar disc 3 after the lunar cry defeat the elnoyle 1300exp and 2 energy crystals each battle = a lot of pulse ammo + level up

1300exp wow that's alot, personally I think that the best place to get your level higher is the forests around Trabia Garden, they have some good monsters that give you a decent amount of exp, though The islands closet to heaven/hell are also good places to get your levels up higher!:mog:

it's alot of exp but with a exp bonus ability heaven or hell are a lot better as the encounter rate is one battle every 2 steps normally and one every 4 under enc-half and none under enc-none and Esthar takes longer as there is only one Elnoyle
