Which GF's should I junction to each party member? I've got them all, I just can't find a good combination that gives everyone all the Stat Junctions.

Here's a list of who get's what
Squall: Alexander, Bahamut, Eden

Zell: Ifrit, Pandemona, Brothers

Rinoa: Shiva, Doom train

Quistis: Carbuncle, Cerberus, Diablos

Irvine:Quezacotle, Tonberry, Cactaur

Selphie:Siren, Leviathan

Not really. I only ever use 3 characters, because that's all you're allowed to use (except for the final battle, but I'm not up to that point yet.)

Yea, occasionally, but then I just switch all the GFs and magics onto the new character.

You shouldn't do that because then none of your other Gf's that you ain't using won't get any EXP so I advise you to try and share your GF's and magic around your characters as best you can!

At the moment I have my GFs junctioned like this

1. Squall
GF: shiva, diablos, pandemona, doomtrain, bahamut, eden

2. Rinoa
GF:Quetzacoatl, Siren, cerberus, alexander, cactuar

3. Selphie
GF: Ifrit, brothers, carbuncle, leviathan, tonberry

and was just wondering if there is a better way I could do it.

Darkness given you have all the GFs I'm assuming you know how to junction pretty well so I won't try and say a lot other than that unless you're just going for a perfect save (which I think is impossible without using items, and possibly Chocobo World) then junction for your needs. In particular for giving characters the bonus stats, or for dividing abilities such as Card and Eat etc. between characters.

Well Darkness you can keep them the way they are if your happy with them being in that order, and you have junctioned all your Gf's between three people, you could leave them the way they are, but I'm assuming that your near the end, and if you are then take my word for it and junction at least one GF to all your characters, coz you never know what Ultimecia might pull out of her sleeves!

True. Once Ultimecia knocks out one of your peeps. It's replaced by another peep. lonely is saying that you should evenly spread out your GF junctioning so every character is prepared for the final battle. It sounds good I guess, but personally I would rather have 3 characters packed with GF and loads of junctioned stat bonuses than 6 semi-strengthed characters. That's just me though.

I think it's pretty standard to pack all your GFs on three characters, even against Ulti. I guess maybe giving one or two to your none main party might be an idea, but it sounds a bit pointless.
If your going that far for ultimate party I'd be aiming to not need junctions for having strong characters.

OK, so in many other FF games, there's a way to change the background color of the menu screen, battle stats screen, etc. Maybe I'm stupid and just looked over the config option, but can it be changed from that grey color?

Nope. Just put on colour sunglasses anytime you enter the menu screen.

Hey, Al Bhed, your right when it comes to her killing someone and bringing another person back, but that's not what I meant. I meant, that, say you go to her castle and you've picked Squall, Selphie and Rinoa and you have junctioned ALL your magic and Gf's to them, and say that your other characters are at low levels coz you ain't trained them, they have no magic and no GF's, so you've gone into her castle, what does she do, she RANDOMLY pics 3 of your people to fight her, say she pics the 3 people with low levels and who have no magic at all and not even one GF to back them up, what do you do?
