Okay, I got a digital camera for Christimas (It rocks!) so here's a couple of pictures.

Joel has indeed lost weight since I first met him. I'd say at least ten lbs.

In all fairness, I do weigh 87 kg (191 lbs or 13.5 stone). But I don't look like I do. Yeah, I'm not roly-poly, but I do want to get my weight down to the low 80s.
