The only way I can think of is to use bribe.

You can bribe a Xiphos (Found in Macalania) for 1 megalixer for 54,000 gil, or you can bribe a Varuna (Found in Omega Ruins/Sin) for 20 megalixirs for 1,120,000 gil.
