Reflect

So I heard about the ability to reflect spells back and forth and end up hitting multiple enemies with them. How do you do this?

Now correct me if I'm wrong (and I'm sure someone will), but I think this occurs when faced with a single enemy when all three characters have the reflect status. If you cast a spell which can be relected (some cannot), say Fire3, against all three members of your party, the spell will bounce off each member once, landing on the single enemy three times. That's how I've done it in the past, but there may be other ways.
