You can do this by opening up your Winamp (2.x, I think) and choosing to view your playlist. Next go down to those buttons on the bottom and click Misc. Options > Sort List > Select Sort List By Title. Then go to Misc Options again and click <B>twice</b> and select Generate HTML playlist from the options. Then copy and paste.
