The Smashing Pumpkins-Adore
"I think you'd make any (nice) woman happy... & I think you really deserve for someone to make you happy too for a change"
LP thats really all I listen too no matter what I'm doing.
- Lifehouse: No Name Face and Stanley Climbfall
- John Mayer: Room For Squares
I keep running....I am running....
I keep living for the day that I'm with you
I don't relax, so the best I can get is numbingly comatose music.
Jimmy Eat World - Clarity works well, with some songs anyway.
Goodbye Sky Harbor (16:14), with the fact that it goes on forever and just sounds wonderful is perfect sometimes.

As others have said, listening to music in general helps me calm down, but of late, I've been exclusively listening to the "Return Of The King" soundtrack. I have to listen to the entire album, no matter when I put it in, because it sends me back to that wondrous movie and the world of Middle-Earth itself.
Take care all.
I listen to all types of music.
Kpop Music
AFI
Something Corperate.
New Found glory.
ya know...alternative...korean music.........whatever........except country.........cant stand it..and dont know why that is. I did like the dixie chicks but..ya know...meh
Everyday I wish that I could be the one, for you...
Depends, to simply 'chill out', anything except Thursday, At The Drive-In and Funeral for a Friend will do. To calm down if I'm stressed, it's rather antitethical, as those three are the best. Get so hyped up, jump around screaming and yelling for half an hour, and I'm simply too tired to be angry or depressed.
For chilling though, DDR music usually does it, or FFVIII stuff. Some female artists like Sarah McLaclan and Michelle Branch work well, too.
When I want to relax I just lay on my bed, watch my lava lamp and listen to the following albums:
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon
Pink Floyd - Meddle
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
Pink Floyd - The Wall
Led Zeppelin - II
Led Zeppelin - Houses of the Holy
The Beatles - SPLHCB
(Pot optional)
Feeder - Piece by Piece and most stuff by bright eyes.
Also, Aqualung -Strange and beautiful. The album is e but that one song is beautiful.
Bright and burning blue, Stretch your arms out above me, know that you still love me like you did.
So many ...
But this one I adore: Coldfinger- Cover Sleeve

YOU SHOULDN'T FEAR THE DARK; YOU SHOULD ONLY FEAR WHAT IT HIDES.
YOU SHOULDN'T FEAR THE LIGHT; YOU SHOULD ONLY FEAR THE TRUTH IT UNCOVERS.
