Aren't PC's like the most expensive though out of all the systems? Well, I suppose cheapest too if you start adding how much it costs to buy the game cartridges/CDs etc.

I still believe the PC to be the best deal for games, but that's because I always play online RTS like warcraft or puzzle type games like sanitarium.

Granted if games like grand theft auto can be ported to the console, then I can play console games. It's just that paying 400$ for a console is rediculous. I paid 1600$ for my PC of course, but by the time the price gets up to 1800$ (DVD-RW drive), I could burn dvds, play games, program, chat, surf the net, watch anime, encode/sub anime, fold proteins, record sound, and a whole slew of other things.
