Anyone can submit a banner.We have a bit of time to decide how things go, so I don't want to cut any other people out who just haven't had the chance to join yet. But sure, submit a banner and we'll check out who's submitted stuff on the... third day or so? That should give everyone enough time. =] And hey, if people want to make sig-banners as well, everyone can have the banner that they feel best suits themselves. No fuss there, eh? ;D
