You know,i alway found it abit...ironic.The Rinoas parents and Squallys parents thing.Squalls parents are [SPOILERS]Raine and Laguna[/SPOILERS],and squalls father loved Julia.[Spoilers] Julia is rinoas mother[/spoilers],and she marryed caraway because she thought that her soilder died in the war(laguna).And then Squall and Rinoas little romance is abit of an odd thing through all of their parents love angles.

ah,but to answer your question,the president was the man on the TV,when quistis rushes in with seifer and seifer nabs him.Rinoas father is who Al Behd said he is.

Actually, It's called Caraway's mansion. And, yes, he was there.

General Caraway is Rinoa's Father, although Rinoa doesn't like him she can't change the fact that General Caraway is her Father.
