Almost all end bosses in FF games are killable in a ridiculously short amount of time. Kefka was. I'm pretty sure (FF8 SPOILER)Ulty was. In fact it's quite possible that the only ones who actually pose any sort of challenge whatsoever are Zeromus and NeoExdeath. But who knows.
