    Default Drakengard/Drag-on Dragoon

    Hey all,
Has anyone played the demo of Drakengard yet... or dare I say it, the Japanese import? This game sounds pretty cool.. and it's supposed to have a demo in the March edition of OPM...

I should get my OPM around February 10th or 11th. I'll give ya my opinion after I play it. I've done a lot of reading up on it, and it sounds like something i'm gonna enjoy.

I have the demo disk(I work at a gamestop and we got some demos in the mail last week) but I have yet to have the time to play it. I will probably try it out tomarrow. I will let you all know just how much the game sucks(Its going to suck no matter what because they wasted time on this when they could have been making another chrono game!)

I think that the game looks preatty cool, but it's been getting some bad reviews. I still wanna try it though.
I heard that in battles enemies appear out of thin air and charge at you.
I also heard that the game is more of a button-mashing action game than an rpg.

Yup, it seems very much like a button-masher... I got the demo at last. At this point the only thing really attracting me to it is the story, as it sounds really neat. But my brother loves it and says he's gonna buy it... so I'll get to see the story I'll probably give it a try, too. I heard they improved some of the stuff in it from how ot was in the Japanese version

It's not an RPG. It's an action game.

And a horrible one at that.

The music, over-all, is not great.

The story-line isn't so wonderful, i mean it's been done before.

The battles are extensive, but consist of button mashing, even the dragon isn't that cool.

    I'd give this game a 1/5

I got it last night. I didn't play too much, only about a half hour, but I liked it.

The dragon's voice is kinda annoying though.

I was very interested in Chaos Legion when it was first anounced, however when it came out it got such terrible reviews. Apparantly you enjoyed it though. Would you say it's a worthwhile game?

I got to the 3rd chapter in two days and got bored with it. The game is simple and way too easy.

I bought it, played it for 40 mins and returned it to walmart and traded it in for another game.

I hated it. It was to repetitive. Had a horrible battle system.

    Cool plot though.

the battle system is really good. it feels good to run around without all of a sudden the screen goes blury into a battle screen
