nah mate, you get her ultimate weapon from midgar; you have to take Cid to the vender in wall market and he f*@$!s it up and the Kaiser pops out (providing you got the coupon earlier in the game)
I mean the vender where you get shot at (its broken, i guess the security is screwed or something so it shoots at you) Cid decks it in and you get the all powerful glove weapon 'Kaiser Knuckles'.

thought you got premium heart from the otherwise empty store in wall market with the security that likes to shoot you? i didnt know that there was a cutscene with cid if you bring him.. now ill start a new game just to do that
oh, i think you get kaiser knuckles after you climb the the cliff, and tifa is forced into your party.. on the path while on your way to having tea with jenova.

yea, but you get her final limit break, final heaven or whatever it's called by playing the correct melody on her piano when you return to Nibelheim on disc 2 or 3. This has nothing to do with her ultimate weapon.

What weapon do you buy from rocket town that Vincent can use (the first time you go there)?
I think Sephiroth is on Level 52 when he is in your party.
And I think Vincet gets a rifle in Rocket town
You can buy a shotgun for Vincent. The owner says 'Guns are a real mans weapon.' or something like that.
During the Kalm sequence Sephiroth is level 50.
I belive in the kalm flashback Sephiroth is L. 56
