Yup.Im pretty sure thats it.Because Cloud is older then Tifa,and younger then Aeris at the age of 21.

If Tifa was any younger than 20, it would be a bit weird for her to be with Cloud when they were younger. I'll check up on that, but the more I look at it, the more I think Tifa is 20.

this is just adding to the previous post...

the second shinra soldier that came with them to Nibelheim, Zack's parents, and i would assume all the occupants of Gongaga, since he lived there.

and since Darkness didnt ask a question, i guess i will:

how did Cloud and Zack escape from Hojo's experiment in Nibelheim? (i'm looking for a somewhat detailed answer)
