Well, in case you didn't know, the former Final Fantasy Supreme thread took pretty much my entire life for around a year. When it ended, I was practically heartbroken. I still yearn for that feeling...so why don't we try it again?
Well, the concept is simple: an FF game made by FFFans. We post the story, one by one. You can do whatever you want! You can add characters, kill off characters, pretty much what you want. Just don't double post. Unless you enjoy dying.
Oh, and yes...NO FLAMING. We had a slight problem with that with FFS, as people would make posts simply to criticize our plans and plots. Try to come up with a better name than FF Ultimate...I thought of it on the spot.
Well, here we go again:
The sky shook with each thunder strike. The rain poured to the ground, soaking each and every person under it. The only light in the night sky was from the flashes of lightning, which occurred every few seconds.
But the Dragoons were used to this. They trudged through the mud in their armor, across a long field. As late as it was, they were all happy to see the lights of a city in front of them. Atleast they could finally stop...for once.
Earlier in the day, their Colonel had commanded them to rise from their camp and move out. They weren't sure where they were going, or why they were going there. But as a Dragoon, you weren't allowed to challenge orders.
As the next town approached, Lander wanted to make his steps quicker...he would be able to sleep quicker then. He couldn't, though, for two reasons: Getting out of step would anger the Colonel, and well, his legs were too tired. To release his anger and frustration towards his last order, he gripped his rod tighter.
