The Ultimate Weapons created by the planet itself, which get released as Sephiroth summons Meteor. They are Ultimate Weapon, Omega Weapon, Emerald Weapon, & Ruby Weapon. If I missed one tell me.

Ok, first they never actually name that weapon so you can't know that it's called sapphire. Second, a lot of things point to the fact that that is emerald weapon, the fact that it's below Junon right after it got shot and fell underwater, it has no head, which was blown off by Junon cannon etc.
Anyway, that's what I think.

It's common name is Sapphire Weapon because of it's blue color. Have you noticed that the names of Ruby, Emerald, and Diamond are all gems?! Their names are based off their color.
It can't be the Emerald Weapon, because the Weapon that Attacked Junon had a Tail...and Emerald doesn't have one, and Emerald has a head

Yeah, Chocobilly proved me wrong in PMs and lots of FMV watching after I posted that. I hadn't really looked into it much. Though you're right that it is a seperate Weapon there's still nothing to say that it's called 'Sapphire'.
Anyway, we're getting off-topic. Any guesses for the riddle?
