The only thing that comes to mind at the moment is Limit Break, because it 'breaks the limit'. It may be wrong, I'm really tired so can't think straight.

Well I doubt this is it given your last response, but I'd have said that something that breaks a limit would literally be 'super', and a janitor would be a 'sweeper'. Therefore my guess is................................................................................................

Would I be on the wrong track if I remembered the part where the door was broken in the Shinra Bldg, and the guy who gave you the keycard to the next floor thought Cloud was the janitor?
Or, a janitor cleans........... Finishing Touch? Or, maybe the janitor didn't like the GREASEd lightning? Maybe he makes a Clear Tranquil? Maybe he is a LANDSCrAPER? That's all I can think of.
