You're asking what broke the limit. So. . .Meteor broke his limit to the sky. B/C of Meteor, Shinra revived the Space Program, so they used the rocket in Rocket Town. Cid took the oppurtunity to get on his rocket. So, he ended up in space.

When was I on the right track in my last post? I'm confused. First I tried to think of a janitor in the game, but then I use different logic and pick limits that would p/o a janitor. Should I try to think of another janitor, or should I guess another limit?

Yup... Cid's "limit" (not-quite-space) was "broken" by Barret's 'Satellite Beam' limit break... I'm sure you woulda gotten it in a coulple more tries anyway...
