The horror of this mutany, (just refering to all that went on through the game.)
Has beaten the world so brutally. (meteor, shinra, the weapons)

A face amongst the light of hope, (In the end you see Marlenes face looking out the window, while holy/lifestream was doing their work)
While on my own I had to cope, ((SPOILER)She was left alone in the world after the incident in corel until Barret came to her rescue. then Barret left her again *with a complete stranger may I add, in pursuit of saving the world.)
But I am not who I may seem, (referring to the fact you'd think of many people before her.. she is not your first instinct to this riddle.)
I lived to see this horrid dream. (again refering to the second line)

I guessed KotR initially based on "Ultimate power" (referencing Ultimate End), the combination of weapons and (apparent) elements, and the chocobo sounds suggesting the need for a Gold Chocobo. However, having reconsidered, I believe the riddle may refer to:

Master Summon materia.

Even moreso than KotR, this would be the ultimate power (especially since KotR is still included). The summons cover a vast range of elements, and weapons appear in both Odin animations, as well as the KotR animation. As to "Kweh/Wark", Choco-Mog is a summon.

Eh, I'll just give it to Masamune. The answer I was looking for was actually Round Island, but since you pretty much figured everything out (except for the hidden clue), I think it's fair for you to have it. Oh, and I mentioned elements because the animation shows like 4 of the Knights using elemental spells.
