The best is known as Sephiroth, and who does Sephiroth beat that you know of? Midgar Zolom, but that was an answer just a few riddles ago. This is precisely the reason I need to play FFVII more. A terrible beast from the deep, which means water, to most people. I dunno right now. I'll just say Midgar Zolom to get another answer out.
