Well I thought that was a full explaination. Before I answer again, is this another one of those instances where we think no one has gotten the answer but someone has just hasn't explained?

Nope, noone's got the answer as far as I've seen. In fairness I want an explanation with it because I highly doubt anyone could take the entire riddle and show logically why it suggests any of the answers so far.

But it's contents have much more to say. (the people involved have more to say than the supernova)

But it's contents have much more to say (everyone was reluctant to just learn their limits,and what the titles of them said my have us assume diffrent things about that(like Cid's highwind i thought was a wind storm-.-;; ) but what they really are is much diffrent from their names)

Phew! Finally got a post in!
I'm thinking either Sephiroth or WEAPON
Forever frozen in endless sleep (Sephiroth in all materia or weapon in northern crater)
Glow from the earth holding me (the all materia is made of mako)
A cause of destruction and disease (They both go on insane rampages)
A World of blue shealters me (all materia is blue and they are both trapped inside it)
The elements make up everythig (not too sure about this one but if you join all materia with an elemental materia it affects everything)
At first you may pay me no mind (WEAPON is sitting there through the whole of the speech but nobody notices him(or her) doesn't really link to sephy much)
But I shall become yours in due time (Sephiroth controls Cloud's mind and if it's ultimate WEAPON then it will become Ultima Weapon which is obviously Cloud's possession)
