Combination of the two - closest match is the Northern Crater in Disc II. Nanaki holds the Black Materia, and Jenova's body is reunited there.
It's probably far off, but that's the best way I could think of combining the two. Or maybe I'm wrong about the first one, I'm pretty sure I'm somewhat right about the second part...

Ummm, no. princeofdarknez had a lot of the elements to solving the riddle, some parts near bang on, though the final answer is way off.
I'd probably recommend approaching the riddle from scratch though rather than trying to pick right from wrong too much. Also don't think too hard about the first two parts, as this is three riddles in one I tried to keep them simple (ish).

This makes me think that the answer is stone. Seto is petrified and it asks what he is so I would say stone, rock etc.

I think that POD was right with the Jenova thing but the thing that transports Jenova I would say is more likely to be Sephiroth as he carries her everywhere.

But I'm not sure how I could link these two together. I can only really think that stone is referring to the northern crater and Sephiroth is obviously the Sephiroths you fight there...............

What is the most prominent thing when you see Seto petrified? The moon, stars.
Then, what transports Jenova Birth? A ship.
Moon+ship = rocket.

He already said seto was the right answer and it says what transports the first question and I can think of anything that would transport seto, unless its a metaphorical thing, or its transporting stone.
