i have been thinking ancient forest for the oddest of resons
Nah. Seto IS a hero of long-ago wars. We are looking for what guards heroes of long-ago wars. Bugenhagen, maybe?Originally Posted by Maxico
I think the 'first' is referring to the first stage of Jenova. Otherwise, what would the point of referring to Jenova be?
Why's that?Originally Posted by zacks_clone

Maxico by a twisted logic also stumbled onto something.
I'll leave it open for a little bit before giving a hint.

In the depths of (Cosmo Canyon)
I lie guarding (Seto).
My name will not help you I tell you no lie,
To solve this riddle just think what am I?
(Bugenhagen guards Seto's resting place - he is old, dead even)
(JENOVA Birth, Life, Death),
(JENOVA Synthesis).
But what transports the first is the question I ask, (Cargo Ship)
(Answer to part 2).
Put your answers together and ask yourself this,
For the clues should now tell you just what your quest is.
Be it high in the sky or deep down underground,
Tell me dear players just where am I found?
Answer 1 - old or dead
Answer 2 - a ship
Answer 3 = 1+2 = old, dead, ship = Ghost Ship
Location of Answer 3 = Junon Underwater Reactor
Maybe?
Well I was thinking Gi Nattak for the first part, but yup, perfect answer. Go ahead princeofdarknez!

Hmm... I see how you meant Gi Nattak, but I couldn't construe him as guarding Seto. It all lead to the same answer though, so I guess it works out anyways. Nice riddle, though - it rhymed and everything!
It took me a while to think of a good one - I scrapped two potentials. A simple, short three-liner - you'll either get it right off the bat or be stumped for some time. Good luck!
It's simple, no really.
First do five, then do three.
You really shouldn't pay me.
bah i havn't done this in a while but from reading your riddle for a split second my first thought is yuffie....dunno why heh
*Takes most abstract shot ever*
A trick in the crater to get duplicates of items on one of the paths to Sephiroth?

Whoa, all way off. It's actually quite literal - once again, the only issue is where to start.
If you defeat the enemies on all five rail cars, then enter the three controls in the engine car, you don't need to pay the guy in Corel for the Ultima materia?
Am I warm?
Uhh... no, not even close. But at least you're trying to take it literally.
If nothing's warming up by tonight, I'll probably drop a hint. I like these things to go fast.
Umm... I guess since the most recent VB posts got deleted, I'll post what I remember of the thread. SRL got my riddle correct - the answer was "the Mog House game where the person behind you pays 30 GP". It's his/her turn to riddle now.
Actually we've been through that, we're now up to one from me, I don't know if any answers were put forward though. I think it went like this..
Though measures extreme against party decorations,
They get the job done fighting alien invasions.
For the best of the best will reap the rewards,
Espescially if they fear the rain more than enemy swords.
I say what I think. If you disagree, then that is up to you.
