Two go together, though one resists, (Cloud and Tifa, Cloud doesn't know his feelings)
Both as ones who don't exist. (Both act as if their past is different)
He determines what's in store, (It's Cloud's call as to their relationship, and he's the leader)
She's the one from three before. (If this was five I'd have gone with years since they were together, but I can't quite fit this)
Choosing her is the "correct" path, (Aeris isn't gonna be a lasting relationship)
But choose her foe and you'll face her wrath. (Tifa gets upset in the Temple when Cait is talking).
