up and down
back and forth refering to the pointers of the clock
over my heart | the heart is the center of the clock and u walk on it
the sharp edge are the pointer which are very sharp if i remember well
bouncing and jumping
jumping and jumping | because int the last cave u have to cath a man by jumping from floor to floor
twirling and stoping because when u catch this man the clock stops
and the bright fire would be the black materia ( or the temple itself which is the same) because the black materia supply the clock with its power and when u take the black materia you cut its energy supply
