FF7 riddles

Looks like I have time to think up a riddle, so I'll just throw one out here, seeing as I did solve the last one. *takes back his offer to the next guy, sorry*

From the one who answers neither yes nor no
Comes a striking, almost definitive blow
Fear not, for one more time won't take you yet
But the hot springs just might send you sinking.

Egregious hint: If you know your Zen, the first line is enough for the answer.

Yeah, it's better to post how you got the riddle so riddlers aren't frustrated by random guessers. I found Phoenix's riddle to be way easier than usual, that's probably why I was able to pin it so well.
