Sounds like the Master Materia set to me. Or Mega-All.
I'd say "materia" is the answer. The first verse seems to be describing different sorts/colours of materia, and then in the second verse you have:
Mountain's majesty encased (Mako energy ---> crystalisation ----> materia etc.)
In everlasting forms (I doubt life energy is bio-degradable)
The word that all contain (All the different kinds of materia, 'support materia', 'command materia' etc. the word that all of them contain is "materia")

I'm just gonna' think it's Independant materia until proven otherwise and guess Mega-All, Magic Plus, and Speed Plus or Luck Plus...hmm, but which of those...I just randomly choose Speed Plus.
