Well, first things first. Here's how I got the answer...
Those lines just have "Tifa" written all over them...Though thinking back you may suspect, that of the two one's not correct.
But lets ignore the chance that she, has had cosmetic surgery.
That would mean that those in the "forces" have something weird about there eyes. The three I can think of with strange eyes are Cloud, Aerith, and Vincent. Cloud is infused with Mako, Aerith is a Cetra, and Vincent, well... you know what I'm saying...Those in the forces they're straight out, you see it in there eyes.
Aerith, Red, Vincent, & Cloud are out of the answer now...We cannot count the tested ones

Seeing as how Tifa was mentioned as having Cosmetic Surgery, and Barret has his gun-arm. That leaves them out, along with the people mentioned above.

The ones that have been ruled out are Cloud, Aerith, Barret, Red, Cait Sith (he's not even a living creature), & Vincent...
That leaves Cid, Tifa, & Yuffie!

I'll post my reasoning, but mark it with spoilers while we wait four battousai's answer.
(SPOILER)The riddle asks for "the only pure ones in the game." From some of the various clues and hints I took this to exclude characters who are not 100% human, often because of major invasive medical/surgical procedures. We can rule out anyone who's had JENOVA experimentation/Mako treatment because of the JENOVA cells/Mako energy in their bodies (i.e. Sephiroth, Cloud, Red XIII, Zack, Lucrecia). We can rule out Barrett because of his mechanical arm, Aeris because she was briefly experimented on (also she is an Ancient and arguably not of the human race), and Cait Sith because he is a...whatever. That leaves Tifa, Yuffie and Cid. Tifa is arguable if one assumes that she has had surgical breast augmentation (thus meaning that about 35% of her body mass comes from silicone).
