Hmmmm....could it be the train sequence with Cid as the leader....where you get a huge materia.
Train goes too fast, and you lose the Materia.
You slow it down in time, and the Materia's yours, as well as the Ultima materia(?)

Are you implying that these four characters have something the others do not? And the idea of the riddle is to identify what this something is?
hmmmm, they have lvl4 limits better than all the rest???? Or am I thinking in the wrong way.
It must be something else because Red XIII's Lv.4 limit is useless (Stardust Ray is his best), and Tifa's doesn't work the same way as everyone elses. Could it be a reason for killing Sephiroth? Having said that it seems wrong, as there are people with more of a reason to kill him than Red. Can we have some more detail?

While we're waiting for Final-Andy to say "You're right, PA!" I'd like to suggest two new rules for this thread.
1) Hints may only be sent via PM to people who have guessed. PMing is also the only way to know how close you are, too.
2) We had to wait a while for GG last time, so to avoid that, I suggest a 24 hour grace period for the solver to post the new riddle. After that, anyone can post a riddle. That way, the thread doesn't risk going under.
Rule 1 is lame; Rule 2 is generally implemented.
Rule 1 isn't that bad. I don't think it should be a rule as such, more an option. Some hints should definitely be general on obscure riddles though.
Anyway that's up for discussion. If I'm right, then I pass on my go, and I'll leave my last riddle up for solving, and maybe start posting new ones in a while. That said I may easily be wrong.

Red doesn't have any parents during the game. Seto is a statue and his mother (does she have a name) is long since dead. I suppose Bugenhagen is something like a parent though.

i just said four charcters names! it includes ALL of the characters but those 4 sounded cool in the riddle so i put them in OK!
