Okay for the signature.

Go to the signature box.

Paste all of the following in but REMOVE ALL THE SPACES.

[center ][img ]http://rainecloud.homestead.com/files/sorasig.jpg[/ img][/ center]

Then for your avatar, save it to your computer and then upload it by pressing "browse" in the avatar section in Edit Options. =)
