Chicken Knife or Brave Blade

anyone who takes the chicken knife is lame.

it's in that city on the far west side of the map that you use the submarine to reach. in the western woods of the town there's a locked house and if you walk down a hidden path to the south you meet a guy who offers them up.

Brave Blade first time through... zero runs though.
Chicken knife second time through, a few runs... but then I powered it up to be more powerful than Excaliber. Took about half an hour with frame skip.

Brave Blade, every single time. I hate running away, unless it's a nigh on impossible emeny like the Skull Eaters in Jahlol Cave in World 1. >.< I hate those things.

I took the brave blade, but I probably ran away like 10 times does this work like a fraction? like if I fought 500 battles and ran away 10 times it'd be 490/500 or 98% powered up? I ran away from the rock eaters and the Harpies in the castle. I haven't ran away from anything since Jachol cave in World 1.

If my memory is correct (which usually is) it's in the Moore village, go into the village, and go through the woods by the left side.

I always get Brave sword. I would rather use away all my healing items, rods etc than run away.
