Cids most powerfull weapon is the Venus Gospel.
You can get this from the old guy in Rocket Town after you've been in outer space.

Actually, you get W-Magic right before the rendevous point in the North Cave.

A: Barret, Tifa, Aeris, Red XIII, Yuffie(if you decide to get her), Cait Sith, Vincent, and Cid.

Q: Where do you get Cait Sith's HP Shout? (I must really like these weapon questions)

That's the one you find in the Shinra building during your last trip to Midgar, end of 2nd disk. Something like level 64 in the lockers.

Side question: This is simply becasue i don't know, aren't Sapphire and Diamond weapons two different ones? Sapphire being the one killed by Junon Cannon, and Diamond being the one killed by Sister Ray?

The name of the first enemy is MP.
For the other question I always thought Sapphire and Diamond were the same. Awlays thought there were only 4 weapons.

Q: What Weapon does Yuffie start with?

Oh and I don't think they're the same, Sapphire gets killed By the Junon Cannon when it's at Junon (it's head gets blown off) and Diamond is the one that gets killed by the Cannon at Midgar, when its called "Sister Ray" and they shoot through it to hit north crater.
