That would either be the Mythril Sword (bought at Kalm) or a Force Stealer which I hear can be stolen in Midgar.

Actually the answer to my question still hasn't been answered correctly. Cloud was the closest in saying it had been stealed but it is in the Shinra Building against one of the soldiers, you can steal a Hardedge, I think thats the name.
