I'm guessing Ultima.
Either Shield or Full Cure, but I am pretty sure it's shield
Im going to say Heal.
Ultima, Shield, AND Full Cure both take 100,000 AP to master. Two people said those three, so either one of them can ask a question.
If they don't, someone else can.

What materia takes the SECOND most AP to master (the most is too obvious)
What mastered materia can be sold for over a million Gil?
