Well, for materia it's Ultima if you have to pay for it(50,000 gil).

Lower than that is the full-time gold ticket at the Godl Saucer(30,000 gil).

For armor and weapons....I think one of Cid's weapons in the most expensive, costing about 20,000 gil.
