Spiral Shuriken....Yuffie does not have such a weapon, I think. It might be a different translation, but the Magic Shuriken is found at Costa del Sol.

KLF - Sorry, I was wrong at first. Spiral Shuriken is bought in Costa Del Sol, Disc 2 and 3. The Magic Shuriken is found in the secret passage in Wutai, and can also be purchased in Inner Junon (like many weapons) on Disc 2 and 3.

Anyway: at random points when you are entering or leaving the gold saucer, a man will appear and you can buy GP at a rate of 100 gil : 1 GP.
