the zolom kicks out whoever is the biggest threat, so basicly just equip one character with all the enemy skills you got and then make him your healer, then make the two other character hurt him.

Sink the submarine at Junon.
Retrieve the materia from the rocket.
Stop the train at Corel.

I can't remember which color materia you get at each of those four locations.
