Biggs and Wedge were Imperial Soldiers at the beginning in FFVI (though Biggs was Vicks on ROM). They were two members of AVALANCHE in VII (SPOILER)but they died in a pillar explosion. In VIII, they were the commander and other dude that you fought. I can't remember...where they in IX?

And they're blitzer's in X. They've been in every game since VI, as far as I know... though Zack is probably right that they arent in IX, I wouldnt know.
