She serves as a mini boss in this game (as Queen Lamia).. and after you fight her as a mini boss, regular lamia's become random foes and later on in the game, Queen Lamia's become random foes as well.

Well, I have no problems with incest in anime, mostly because the relationship between incestous lovers in Japanese animation don't bother me as much. However, in real life, well, maybe so-so, but not by much.

I have, but that's actually very common in royalty. I dont know how much it happens these days, but it was extensively common in the 'olden days'. Royalty believed they were of a special breed, and hence they didn't want to marry anyone 'beneath' them.
