    Default Dean's Out

    http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/...ain/index.html

So then, I guess Kerry really is the front runner. A lot of people seemed to actively throw their support behind Howard Dean, though, so how will that affect your vote whenever the primaries and election roll through your respective states?

Im glad he is out, that guy was a left wing nut IMHO. Kerry is going to eventually win anyways, John Edwards will prob last in a few more weeks. But yea that isnt for me to say, stuff happens.. When the actual elections come up Im rootin for Bush all the way..

This effects my voting in no way. I'm for Bush.

This makes me sad. i don't know who i'd take over Dean, but Kerry seems like the most probable contender of the democratic hopefuls these days.

Then again, it wasn't too long ago that folks were saying that about the very man who's just dropped out. So who knows?

Kerry is good. I liked Dean ("We're gonna take the White House YEAAAHHH!!!!111"), but Kerry seemed good too. But, in the end, I'll vote who ever is the democratic candidate in the presidential elections.

It seemed pretty obvious that Dean was on his way out, ever since the first primaries. He acted just a bit too psychotic, I think. Not just that "YEEEEEEAARRRGGH" incident either, he seemed (to me) a bit wacked-out before that too. I still haven't decided who I'll vote for if anyone, but it wasn't going to be Dean in any case.

Dean was alright, but Kerry scares me.

I heard Dean was more left wing, so I supposedly I should be on his side....but truth is, I am on the side of the democrat member that may get more votes. The important thing is to keep Bush away from the White House.

I still don't like any of the two parties, but hey, it's the whole lesser evil thing again.

I'm going to vote Kerry anyhow. I don't want any more years of Bush, and I don't like wasting votes on the ideal candidates that have no chance. A "moral vote" is a wasted vote. I'm going with the democrat that wins the primaries.

What does everyone think about Senator Edwards?

I would really like for John Edwards to come out strong and blow away Kerry. Edwards is pretty new to they system so he isn't corrupted by it a whole lot yet. I would like to see him come up and get the nomination. He would also have stronger support in the south. I can't help but wonder if clark wasn't there if he would have beat kerry in that last 2 southern states.

I guess we will see how things turns out after Super Tuesday in 2 weeks.

I frankly prefer both Kerry and Edwards over Bush, and since I will not be able to vote in the primaries I can only sit and watch.

Edwards is a slick lawyer type. I think Kerry is a better candidate than Edwards. I'm not sure whether I will vote for Kerry in the Georgia primary in a couple weeks or if I will vote for Dean anyway, assuming his name is still on the ballot. Then again, I might vote for Kucinich just because he's a funny guy.

Is that what half of America said when they voted Bush, and California for Arnie?

maybe, except this is in a primary where the winner is pretty much already determined. I wouldn't actually vote for a final candidate based on humor.
