I think he means secondary-like characters, people you pick up along the way in your game.
Where's Locke?
And Sabin? What about Mog?

yea mainly it means any character that was never a main character! lol yea i wuz really close from puttin cait sith out of there but i wanted a variety of characters...even tho i knew he would get a 0%! lol
