I'm very ashamed to say: definately when I cheated on my girlfriend. Eventhough I disliked my girlfriend very much at that point, it's always despisable and unjustified. I was drunk, and being seduced, and I had no intention to do anything like that ( I never have). And she was 17 years old. :\

Arguably the time(s) when I hit a person outside of a sparring context. I'm sure I've done worse, but what? How does one measure "worse" when it comes to these things? I've driven recklessly, been "pissed" drunk, and a whole slew of things I wish I could take back, because they haven't contributed to what I am, but exist there as constant reminders to haunt me

I guess it depends on who's perspective you're looking through. I've done (or haven't done) some pretty bad things, but it turned out pretty well for the people involved so who knows how it would have turned out otherwise. Sometimes bad events lead to good ones.
