A server/or game when my router acts as a fire wall? An like I need to change or open up my ports? Its a SpeedStream 2604 4-Port DSL/Cable Router . Yea, help would be appreciated.
The manual that came with the router should give instructions on how to forward ports to the appropriate machine behind it's firewall which is running the server. You need to find out which ports to forward first though, as this can vary from game/server/software, and the internal IP of the machine being forwarded to as well (assuming the router doesn't use DHCP as well).
