comp: DISK 2 HELP! pleaseeeee helP me!!!

can someone P-L-E-A-S-E H-E-L-P!!!
the problem for me is, the game crashes at the very beginning of disk 2... this is how it goes... so i battled um.. i think its edea, and its the very end of disk one, game ask me to save and then change to disk2.. so i do so and then it crashes to my desk top! it crashes everytime i try and load it!!!
if i could get someone soooo nice enough to allow me to send them my saved file and they save it, then send it back to me... i've tried installing the patch and eveyrthing! and still nothing!!! please!!! the game is getting soooooo great!!!

Strider had this same problem and I don't think we ever solved it. Maybe he did, you can ask him. The thread can be found here. We don't really need two of the same topic, though.
