Hey! Somebody I know told me that if you complete final fantasy 8, you can change character's costumes when you start the game again. I completed it and I cant see anything to do with costumes! Does anybody know if you can do this? thanks!!!

Maybe your friend got confused with FF9, where you can change costumes for your characters upon reaching Dali if you killed the Sea Lion before Black Waltz No.1 (might be other way around, I don't remember) without using Trance.
