Why do I always get this message when I try to put a custom avatar.
"The uploaded file is not a valid GIF, JPG, or PNG file. Please ensure that it is and try again."
I even get it when i try and put the one I already have back in.
Too big. The height limit is 250 pixels including images as well as text.

Are you actually being prevented from putting in the custom avatar? If so, you should probably ask this as a thread on it's own in the Help Forum and not just this thread.Why do I always get this message when I try to put a custom avatar.
