Sure. There are plenty of pre-defined avatars of Cloud in the FFVII (and 1 in the Kingdom Hearts) section of the avatar selection page.

First, click on "User CP" on the top of this page.

Then head to the "Edit Avatar" link on the left side of the screen.

Under the "Avatar Category:" drop-down menu, pick Final Fantasy 7 and click "Go". You should see a couple images featuring Cloud in them them now. Click on the one you like, then scroll down and click "Save Changes". Now you should have the Cloud avatar of your choice.
