But if you go to this site, And on top the right side of the site find "Playstation 2" and click on it.Then scroll down til' you find the system "kingdom hearts 2" and click on it.Then on the page click on "Pictures".And Click on "page 12".Roxas is the 11th picture (if your counting the pics. from left to right).Last click on the pic. for the full image.

You dont need a URL for avatars...You just save the image, and upload it in the User CP....

Is this what you wanted? It should be small enough to be uploaded as an avatar now.
Cut it down from 13kb to 3kb, roughly speaking. Hope I didn't hurt the quality of it noticeably.
