Ahh! How did you do that? I was trying for an hour and still never figured it out!

After I shrank Mullet's GIF, I used the Magic Wand Tool to select and clear the GIF's white background in each frame; I selected the background again after it became transparent, then I clicked Edit and Stroke (black/one pixel/outside), and manually cleaned up the black outline created by Stroke (in every frame). There might be a faster method, though! =O
